American pancakes with gooseberry jam


Ingredients

For jam: 
1 kg gooseberry 
1 kg and 250 g sugar 
1 tsp salt Lemon For pancakes: 450 g flour 2 bags baking powder a little salt 3 eggs 6 tablespoons granulated sugar tipped 450 ml milk 3 tablespoons margarine or butter




Preparation

For gooseberry jam:
It will prepare a syrup of half a liter of boiling water and 1 kg sugar, which will add one kilogram AGRIS beans washed and drained well. When syrup start to boil, remove from heat jar. After 4-5 hours to put back to boil 5-6 minutes and remove from heat. When cooled well, add 250 g of sugar and boil for the last time. Minutes before jam is ready to put a teaspoon of lemon salt.
Jam can be flavored with a few drops of vanilla essence.

For pancakes:
In a bowl, place milk, granulated sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt, margarine and mix with mixer until smooth. In a smaller bowl mix flour with baking powder and add this mixture over the composition prepared before. It mixes with vertical blender to obtain a composition as fine.
Take the pancake one ladle full and pour in the middle of the pan will be hot. Composition will expand only towards pan edges. Put the fried pancakes, over low heat until golden brown on one side.
Pancakes can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
