Majestic muffins with cheese


Ingredients

85g watercress 
300g flour 
1plic baking powder 
a pinch of cayenne pepper 
1lg sugar 
150g cheddar cheese 
2 eggs 
174ml milk 
100g melted margarine








Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and place the paper for muffins in special forms.
Break stronger stems from watercress (if any) and divide it finely.
Mix flour with baking powder, cayenne pepper and sugar in a bowl bigger. Add shredded cheese.
Beat eggs and milk and add to mix flour with melted margarine and cress. Mix well until it's mixed, but not too much, otherwise the muffins will be strong.
Cut the dough in the muffin forms and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Mode of serving

Majestic cheese muffins are served warm. As an alternative to cheddar cheese, muffins can be made ​​and hard cheese.
